About the Position

Suma Rural Bank PLC, a reputable and fast-growing rural bank in the Bono Region, Ghana, is seeking qualified Tellers to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept customer deposits
• Process authorized payments to customers while ensuring enhanced due diligence
• Maintain cash teller balance within insured limits
• Perform daily reconciliation and record-keeping in industry books
• Report to the Branch Manager through the Agency Accountant
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager and/or Agency Accountant

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum HND from a recognized university or institution
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in banking, with at least 1 year specifically as a teller
• Proficiency with T24 banking application software (required)
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (advantageous)
