Our Ghana branch in Bolgatanga is recruiting high-potential candidates through our internship program.

Position Overview

We are seeking two Technical Proposal Writers to join our team. Under the direct supervision of the AMD-Ghana Country Director, you will draft technical and financial proposals for our consulting projects.

About This Internship

• Duration: Three months (renewable for an additional three months based on performance)
• Type: Paid internship
• Top performers may receive employment offers at the conclusion of the internship

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or equivalent recognized qualification
• Not more than 25 years old
• Willingness to work in Bolgatanga, Ghana

Required Skills

• Outstanding mastery of computers and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with ability to draft technical documents
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Human resources skills, specifically in recruitment
• Proficiency in English language
• Dynamic and rigorous approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
