Key Responsibilities

• Support in designing cost-effective technology solutions for enterprise customers, wholesale providers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), network operators, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), educational institutions, and residential and business areas
• Provide support in developing technical documentation and high-level designs, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Collaborate with IT, Networks, Projects, and Managed Service Operators to verify availability, suitability, and allocation of network resources for customer service designs and provisioning
• Liaise with the Service Delivery team for successful implementation of new products and projects according to agreed designs
• Collaborate with Products and Partnerships teams to perform evaluations, testing, and validations for new products and solutions in accordance with customer technical documentation and internal processes
• Conduct on-site inspections and investigations, including Wireless RF Surveys and in-depth walkthroughs, with comprehensive documentation
