About the Role
A class 'A' construction company is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and experienced Store Keeper to manage inventory and supply operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
- Ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure they remain within established minimum and maximum levels
- Maintain up-to-date records of receipts, issues, and withdrawals from the stockroom
- Manage supplier relations and database while maintaining high ethical standards both internally and externally
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or HND in Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Preferably experience in the construction sector
