Position Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering activities on site. You will ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Planning and Design

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for projects
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop project plans and designs
• Ensure compliance with applicable work rules and regulations

Project Management

• Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, architects, surveyors, and other engineers
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among different teams

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure team compliance with health and safety standards
