About Our Africa Operations

Newmont's Africa Operations manages two gold mining operations in Ghana:

• Ahafo Mine (located in the Brong-Ahafo region)
• Akyem Mine (located in the Eastern region)

Our operations also include near-mine exploration and development focus in Ghana to annually replace gold reserves, with early-stage exploration programs in Ethiopia and Morocco.

Community Commitment

About This Role

We are seeking a Shovel & Drill Electrician to conduct electrical maintenance, deployment, troubleshooting, replacement, repair, and testing of electrical equipment and systems on drills and shovels.
