About the Role

Mantrac Ghana Limited's Apprenticeship Program is designed to train and develop Workshop Servicemen who meet the highest Mantrac Ghana Limited and Caterpillar standards at the leading edge of technology.

This is a challenging role requiring hands-on work in a workshop environment. You may be required to work long hours under conditions that are sometimes remote and challenging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform workshop service and maintenance tasks to Caterpillar and Mantrac standards
• Work as part of a service team to support business operations
• Develop technical expertise in heavy equipment servicing

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Maximum qualification of Motor Vehicle Technician Part 2 certificate or equivalent
• Caterpillar Technician for Africa online course must be completed prior to employment
• Good written and spoken English
• Computer literacy, particularly with MS Word, MS Excel, and internet applications
• Willingness to work according to business needs
• Strong team player mentality
