Position Overview

We are inviting qualified Ghanaians to join our team as a Senior Training Officer based in Tema. This is a full-time position within our Engineering division.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs for technical apprentices, skills development trainees, and interns in Metal Machining, Welding, and Fabrication
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and trainees

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), ANSI (American International Standards Institution), ISO 45001, and other relevant standards
