Senior Specialist- Tax & Transfer Pricing at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Tax & Transfer Pricing to oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and transfer pricing strategies within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, optimizing tax efficiency, and mitigating risks associated with tax and transfer pricing matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax compliance activities, including gathering necessary financial data, preparing tax provisions, and reviewing tax calculations
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization, providing guidance and recommendations to management as needed
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the organization's tax position and minimize tax liabilities while aligning with business objectives
• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation in compliance with local regulations and international transfer pricing guidelines
• Manage contract employees and ensure compliance with relevant labor and tax regulations
