Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of technology operations within MobileMoney LTD (MML). This role ensures the smooth functioning of technology infrastructure, manages service level agreements with various service providers, optimizes processes for efficiency, and drives innovation and operational excellence to meet MML's strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Service Delivery Officer (CTSDO), the Senior Manager will play a critical role in aligning technology operations with MML's overall goals and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Align technology operations with overall strategic goals
• Lead and oversee the technology operations team, leveraging their expertise and contributions to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure seamless integration of technology operations with software development processes, supporting product launches, updates, and maintenance
• Work closely with the innovation and product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
• Ensure alignment with product roadmap and customer needs
