## Title: Senior Manager, Ethics
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Ethics is responsible for technical leadership of company-wide ethical standards, policies, regulations, culture, and governance. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to define and implement a comprehensive ethics strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop corporate ethics statements, policies, and supporting forms/acknowledgements
- Provide technical reviews of corporate policies to ensure consistency and integration with the company's ethics philosophies
- Provide technical input for the development and implementation of corporate ethics and conflict-of-interest training programs
- Provide technical expertise for fact-finding engagements related to complaints and allegations of ethical wrongdoing or conflicts of interest
- Develop and maintain confidential procedures for handling and processing complaints and allegations
- Establish processes for confidential hearing of employee issues related to ethics or conflicts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilities, and related legal benchmarks
- Provide technical input to Senior Leadership and assist with reporting to the Social and Ethics Management Committee of the Board
- Provide support to internal stakeholders in promoting fair treatment and an effective internal justice system
- Ensure effective implementation of the group-wide ethics strategy through direction, structure, business planning, and support
- Set and maintain ethical measurement metrics to track ethics progress in line with best practice
- Drive automation of ethical practices and reporting mechanisms, analyzing and interpreting ethics trends for decision-making
