Position Overview

As part of its staff reinforcement plan, Trace Logistics is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager for our Accra office.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee logistics operations, manage supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with port, customs and regulatory frameworks specific to Ghana and the West Africa region.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transport and Logistics
• At least 10 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a leading international freight forwarding or logistics group
• Proven mastery of logistics processes and operational mechanisms specific to Ghana, including port, customs and regulatory frameworks
• Solid expertise in international supply chain management, multimodal transport, customs clearance and operational optimization
• Fluent in English with excellent understanding and practical command of French (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational discipline and ability to thrive in high pressure and multicultural environments
