Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDDUBIDS) is a public tertiary education institution established by an Act of Parliament (SDDUBIDS Act 2019, Act 1001), located in Wa, the Upper West Regional Capital of Ghana.
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Teaching and curriculum development
- Research, technology adaptation, innovation, and publication
- Setting and marking assignments and examination questions
- Invigilation of examinations and submission of marked scripts and results
- Supervision of student project work, dissertations, and theses
- Academic counseling and mentoring of students
- Mentoring of junior colleagues
- Supervision of student internships and industry visits
- Departmental administration support
- Extension work and service to the University and nation
- Other duties assigned by the Vice-Chancellor or representative
Required Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- PhD in the relevant field of specialization
- Prior appointment as Senior Lecturer in the relevant discipline at an accredited tertiary institution in Ghana or elsewhere
- Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience as Lecturer in the institution from which the applicant is coming
- Minimum of six (6) publications in recognized, ranked, and reputable peer-reviewed journals
