About the Position
Mountcrest University College (MCU), located in Kanda, Accra, invites applications from suitably qualified professionals to fill Senior Lecturer positions across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience Required
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- PhD holder in any of the areas of specialization with at least 5 years of teaching/research experience in a reputable university or comparable institution as a lecturer, OR
- M.Phil or Research Masters holder in any of the areas of specialization with at least 8 years of teaching/research experience in a comparable institution as a lecturer
