Senior Audit Officer at Graphic Communications Group LTD

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to assist with audit procedures and ensure that internal controls are functioning as prescribed. You will verify that corporate policies and procedures are being adhered to across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policy and procedures
• Review, record, and report anomalies in the disbursement process
• Conduct audits in regional offices
• Undertake inventory management reviews
• Validate newspaper and advertisement sales and generate daily and monthly reports
• Perform information systems audits
• Review existing systems and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct risk identification and corporate governance reviews

Required Qualifications and Experience

You must meet one of the following criteria:

• Full professional accounting qualification (ICA Ghana, ACCA, or CIMA Final) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, OR
• Part 2 Accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory position
