## Title: School Marketing and Business Manager

Job Overview

The British School of Lome is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced School Marketing and Business Manager to join our dedicated leadership team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of School and the leadership team, playing a pivotal role in promoting the school's brand nationally and internationally, enhancing its visibility, and implementing effective marketing and PR strategies to drive enrolment and community engagement.

The primary goal of this position is to help the school generate revenue and support the growth of The British School of Lome.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

Ensure consistency in the school's brand messaging across all communication channels
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the school's image and reputation

Event Management

Plan and execute school events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract prospective students and engage the community

Marketing Strategic Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
Create marketing plans to promote the school's programs, boarding facilities, achievements, and events
Utilise various channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, and community outreach to enhance the school's visibility

Print & Digital Marketing

Oversee the school's online presence, including the website and social media platforms
Implement digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and engage with current and prospective stakeholders
Draft press releases, articles, and other communications to showcase the school's achievements and activities

Collaboration

Work closely with academic departments, admissions, and administrative teams to gather information for effective communication and marketing materials
Collaborate with alumni to strengthen school community engagement
