## Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

About The Position

The Saladboss Restaurant is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This is a full-time role based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Develop creative strategies and planning for campaigns
  • Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Support brand management and advertising initiatives
  • Create content marketing and copywriting materials
  • Support influencer marketing and PR activities
  • Execute digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
  • Monitor digital analytics and reporting
  • Manage projects and events as needed
  • Build and maintain vendor and agency relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service and engagement

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales or Marketing Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling and communication skills
