## Title: Sales and Marketing Representative
About The Position
The Saladboss Restaurant is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This is a full-time role based in Accra, Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Develop creative strategies and planning for campaigns
- Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Support brand management and advertising initiatives
- Create content marketing and copywriting materials
- Support influencer marketing and PR activities
- Execute digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
- Monitor digital analytics and reporting
- Manage projects and events as needed
- Build and maintain vendor and agency relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and engagement
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales or Marketing Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling and communication skills
