About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join the founding team of a prestigious four-star hotel opening soon in Tema. This is a key position for professionals passionate about excellence who thrive in high-performance environments and bring a proven track record in luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales strategy and revenue growth for the hotel
Develop and manage Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels
Build and nurture strategic relationships with government and diplomatic entities
Lead marketing initiatives to establish the hotel's market presence

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager
Strong expertise in OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with high-level stakeholders
