## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

A reputable beverage company in the Greater Accra Region seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales team. This position involves building and leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will motivate your team to generate leads, build strong client relationships, set ambitious targets, and exceed revenue forecasts while meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence
  • Conduct market studies providing detailed information on market needs, size, and growth potential in target markets
  • Develop policies and strategies for preserving existing clients and expanding their sales capabilities and market share
  • Develop plans for promotion, advertising, and sales offers

Required Skills

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum degree qualification in any discipline
  • 5-7 years of working experience in sales management
  • Experience in the beverage industry
