A reputable Life Insurance Company is expanding its insurance distribution channels across retail and micro-insurance segments.
Position Overview
We are recruiting Sales Executives to market and sell retail insurance products to prospective clients. This is a nationwide recruitment drive, with ideal candidates located within the environs of regional capitals across Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell retail insurance products to prospective clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and performance objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- WASSCE/SSCE certificate holder
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Aggressive sales approach with strong result-orientation
