As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Sales Driver to join our team and help grow our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell baby diapers and wipes to retail stores, wholesalers, and individual customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sales routes
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Follow established marketing strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained and follows all safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or related products
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer literacy (preferred)
• Must reside in or around Pokuase Mayera
