About the Role

As the Retail IT Manager, you will manage all aspects of retail IT systems, including POS systems, network infrastructure, and IT security. You'll lead a team of IT support staff, collaborate with vendors, and ensure compliance with gaming industry standards, driving efficiency and technological advancement across outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of retail IT systems (e.g., POS systems, self-service terminals)
• Manage network infrastructure and ensure secure connectivity with the central betting platform
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and resolve IT incidents promptly
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate service-level agreements for hardware and software support
• Lead and train retail IT support teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements, system upgrades, and innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with data security and gaming industry regulations
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field
• In-depth understanding of retail IT infrastructure, sports betting platforms, and network management tools
• Familiarity with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS and GDPR

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and project management skills
• Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Analytical mindset
