About This Opportunity
J.E. Austin Associates, Inc. (JAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to conduct research on the bicycle sector in Ghana. JAA is implementing the USAID Bicycles for Growth (BFG) Project and seeks partnerships with legally registered Ghanaian non-profit or for-profit companies, organizations, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on the bicycle sector in Ghana and ensuring achievement of all specified deliverables as outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
Proposal Requirements
- Submit one proposal only per RFP
- Bidders may not be partners in another proposal on the same RFP
- All offerors and their partners must satisfy eligibility criteria outlined in the RFP
- The successful bidder must perform a substantial portion of activities, including program management, operations, and delivery of required services
Subcontracting Provisions
- Subcontracting or joint ventures with other organizations require prior JAA approval
- If subcontracting is necessary, the primary offeror must retain responsibility for a substantial portion of all activities
