Job Purpose
The Relationship Officer will ensure a convenient customer experience by managing customer onboarding, setting up transactional accounts, and facilitating product sign-ups. The incumbent will manage customer journeys to ensure seamless and convenient account creation and product usage while maintaining strict compliance with all company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all new customer account opening across all products by providing detailed account walkthroughs
- Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks for customer onboarding
- Own and manage customer relationships from point of sale through successful implementation
- Create initiatives to drive successful product implementation
- Work with sales teams to ensure each step of the customer journey meets expectations
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers while delivering high-level customer service
- Leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement of onboarding processes and procedures
- Listen carefully to customer information and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper support delivery
- Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements
