About the Role

Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Ltd is seeking talented Relationship Managers/Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of interconnected client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their banking needs—including deposits, transactions, trade finance, and borrowing requirements—are efficiently addressed while providing tailored financial solutions and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio and acquire new clients through referrals, cold calls, and market intelligence
• Promote and cross-sell a range of bank products and services, including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, trade finance, investment products, and digital banking solutions
• Assist in the preparation of credit approval memos, financial analysis, and necessary documentation for loan processing
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
• Facilitate smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day banking transactions for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• University degree with a minimum of second class lower classification
• Relevant experience in a similar banking or relationship management role
