About the Role
Mountcrest University College (MCU) in Kanda, Accra invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Registrar.
The Registrar serves as Secretary to the Council of the University College as provided by the College Constitution and acts as the Chief Administrative Officer of the University College under the Rector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Secretary to the Council
- Function as Chief Administrative Officer of the University College
- Report to the Rector
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree minimum
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification working experience in a tertiary educational institution or analogous body
- Current or previous position at Deputy Registrar level or equivalent Director of Education grade in an educational institution or government agency
- Candidates with substantial senior management experience in large, complex, and decentralized organizations may be considered
