Position Overview

Join a growing team that values talent and dedication. As a Credit Analyst Officer, you will support Area Managers in building and managing the loan portfolio to achieve company objectives. You will be responsible for the complete process of loan application, appraisal, documentation, monitoring, and related support activities.

In this role, you will check and verify all document assessments shared by Field Officers and make decisions about clients' credit applications using a range of established criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and analyze loan requirements and documentation from existing or prospective clients
• Analyze and approve credit applications based on findings of the borrower's ability to repay
• Maintain the company's credit risk at low or non-existent levels
• Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances
• Create and organize file folders to maintain customer documents
• Contact clients to conduct further verification when necessary
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum First Degree from a recognized institution
• Level Two CA certification from a recognized institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
