Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Vice-Chancellor.

The College of Health Sciences advances its objectives through the following strategic goals:

• Develop world-class graduates to meet national and global developmental needs through quality teaching, learning, and research
• Create a congenial environment for memorable teaching, learning, and research experiences for faculty and students
• Enhance the research capabilities and output of faculty, students, and employees
• Establish and promote the internationalization of programmes and courses of study and instruction in the College
• Enhance employee capacity through systematic staff development programmes
• Coordinate the mobilization of resources for the College
• Help the establishments achieve academic excellence in health education and support the development of teaching, research, and extension programmes
• Promote the development of sustainable health programmes
