Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Prospectors to market our Micro insurance products to potential clients. This is a full-time position based nationwide, with ideal candidates residing within or near regional capitals across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the company's Micro insurance products to potential clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Build and maintain client relationships to support sales growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• WASSCE certificate or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of integrity and professional conduct
• Aggressive approach to sales with results-oriented mindset
