Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and smart Project Planner to join our exciting team. As a Projects Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your ability to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple tasks will be essential in driving the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management software
- Collaborate with project leads and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and define project milestones, tasks, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and compliance with plans and specifications
Resource Allocation
- Coordinate with site managers, site engineers, and general foremen to allocate resources effectively
- Monitor and adjust resource allocations to ensure optimal utilization
- Anticipate potential resource constraints and propose solutions
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate identified risks
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project leads, site managers, site engineers, and subcontractors, to create realistic and achievable project plans
