## Title: Project Lead - Health Information Exchange Platform

About the Organization

Systems for Development (S4D) is a leading consultancy firm focused on transforming organizational performance through sustainable information and communication technology.

Project Overview

We are implementing a Health Information Exchange (HIE) platform to improve the distribution and management of pharmaceutical commodities in the Ghana public health supply chain. This platform will enable interoperability across all systems within the supply chain management ecosystem, facilitate data exchange, standardize product and site naming, create product and site registries, and provide analytical capabilities to support the Ghana Ministry of Health in commodity planning, management, and decision-making.

Role Summary

The Project Lead will have critical responsibility for planning, executing, and closing the Ghana public health supply chain HIE project. This role involves coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project delivery and provide the necessary technical support to ensure all systems in the supply chain ecosystem can communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall HIE project from initiation through closure
  • Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business analysts, healthcare providers, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task specifications, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones
  • Ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility and improved commodity management outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
