ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an affiliate of ActionAid, is a global movement of people working together to further human rights for all and end poverty. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Programme Manager.

Role Overview

As the Programme Manager for the Upper East Regional Programme, you will be responsible for ensuring that systematic and consistent standards-based programme implementation connects local rights violations to national and internationally recognized human rights.

You will also connect work on different strategic priorities and focus areas with grassroots programme, campaigning, and fundraising work. Additionally, you will support partner institutions and manage staff and resources of the region to ensure maximum value for money, benefit, and impact of AAG's interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure standards-based programme implementation connected to human rights frameworks
• Integrate strategic priorities with grassroots programme activities, campaigning, and fundraising
• Support and manage partner institutions
• Oversee regional staff and resource management
• Maximize value for money, benefit, and impact of AAG interventions

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 2nd Degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years' relevant experience

• Location: Zebilla, Upper East Region, Ghana
• Contract Type: Three (3) year renewable contract
• Terms: National terms and conditions
• Salary: SM4 of ActionAid Ghana's Salary Structure
