Position Overview

TechnoServe seeks an experienced Program Director to lead the implementation of the Agriculture Productivity and Youth (APY) Program in Ghana. This full-time position is based in Accra and will focus on strengthening poultry, soybean, tomato, and rice value chains.

Program Description

The Agriculture Productivity and Youth (APY) Program is a donor-funded initiative designed to improve the well-being and resilience of young women and men through strengthened producers, processors, and agribusinesses in agriculture and adjacent sectors. The program employs a market systems facilitation approach that leverages private sector actors to achieve sustainable impacts.

Program Outcomes

• Increased productivity of value chain actors in agriculture and adjacent sectors
• Improved policy implementation to support growth in relevant sectors
• Positive market systems shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall program implementation and strategy in Ghana
• Oversee activities across poultry, soybean, tomato, and rice value chains
