About the Position

Mountcrest University College (MCU), Kanda – Accra invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Professor.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

PhD holder with Professorial, Associate Professorial status, or equivalent grade in an analogous institution; OR Senior Lecturer status with at least 5 years of teaching experience and 5 publications in peer-reviewed journals
Visionary and business-oriented with ability to establish rapport between industry and the University College
Demonstrated capacity to motivate and direct staff
Ability to attract grants and funds for research and development activities for the Faculty
