About the Role

A reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Accra is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee production operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure key production performance targets are achieved consistently
• Ensure manufacturing and production activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP regulations
• Prepare reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Manage stock of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-processed and finished goods in the production area

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician Certificate, Pharmacy Technologist Certificate, or degree in a science subject
• Medical fitness clearance required
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production supervision
