Procurement Officer at Jibu Ghana

Position Overview

Full-Time position located in Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify and qualify potential suppliers, vendors and service providers based on quality, cost, reliability and service level
• Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, contracts and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value for the organization
• Work with relevant teams to monitor inventory levels, manage reordering processes and minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts
• Monitor budgets, track actual expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings

Required Qualifications

• BSC in Supply Chain Discipline or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (Mid-Level)
