Procurement Officer at Jibu Ghana

About the Role

Jibu Ghana is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time position within our Logistics/Transportation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify and qualify potential suppliers, vendors and service providers based on quality, cost, reliability and service level
• Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, contracts and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value for the organization
• Work with relevant teams to monitor inventory levels, manage reordering processes and minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts
• Monitor budgets, track actual expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain (Mid-Level)
