Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our reputable school in Kumasi, Ghana. We are looking for Pre-School, Nursery, Primary, and JHS Teachers, as well as Subject Teachers in Social Studies, Career Technology, Creative Arts, French, Asante Twi, and related disciplines.

As a teacher in our school, you will be responsible for providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for learners and students. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the Ghanaian school and British Curriculum
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student understanding and participation

Student Assessment

• Regularly assess and evaluate student progress using appropriate assessment tools and techniques
• Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and assessment results

Classroom Management

• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and behaviour expectations to ensure a positive and disciplined atmosphere
• Manage student behaviour effectively and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary

Parent and Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster strong relationships with parents/guardians and keep them informed of student progress
