P.E. Teacher at GIU International Christian Academy

About the Position

GIU International Christian Academy is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Physical Education Teacher to join our qualified team of educators. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating students' interest in education and physical development while maintaining high standards of instruction and student care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational content including lesson plans, tests, and assignments
• Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment
• Organize supplies and resources for lectures and practical demonstrations
• Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive and participatory learning
• Plan and implement educational activities and events
• Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment
• Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress to families
• Evaluate and document students' academic and physical development progress
• Grade homework, assignments, and tests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Physical Education at an international curriculum school
• In-depth knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities
