About the Role

Champion Manufacturing Ghana is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate daily business operations in Accra. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with the management team to optimize operational efficiency and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Work closely with the management team to set goals, plan, and execute business strategies
• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement necessary changes
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Monitor operational performance and report to senior management
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally
• Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• HND or higher qualification
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and operational software
• Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively
