## Title: Office Assistant
About the Role
Mumuadu Rural Bank is seeking a professional Office Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer and manage general administrative activities for the organization.
Purpose
To provide support to the Chief Executive Officer, assisting in daily office needs and managing the organisation's general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute memos, letters, and faxes
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain administrative organization including typing, filing, and correspondence
- Distribute incoming mails and faxes
Required Qualifications and Experience
- HND or Degree in Secretaryship and Management Studies
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Banking
Key Skills and Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
- Proficiency in typing, filing, and correspondence management
