Job Summary

A newly built hospital in the GA South District is seeking to recruit registered nurses for full-time positions. Successful applicants will work a 3-shift system and report directly to the Matron or through supervising managers in charge of each shift. Proper shift handover procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Work rotating 3-shift system
• Report to the Matron or shift supervising managers
• Ensure proper handover of duties to incoming shift staff
• Apply triaging systems skillfully in patient care

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Permanent registration and good standing with the Nurses and Midwives Council
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
• Conversant and skilled in applying triaging systems
• Empathy and emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or certification in a nursing sub-specialty
• Residence in or around Tuba, Kasoa, and surrounding areas
