About the Role

As a National Service Personnel, you will support Warc Africa's procurement team with sourcing, documentation, and record-keeping. This role is designed to provide valuable learning opportunities while contributing to the smooth and cost-effective procurement of materials, goods, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier & Procurement Support

• Assist with evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
• Help maintain the supplier database and update records regularly
• Support the procurement team in communicating with suppliers and following up on orders

Data Entry & Record-Keeping

• Enter procurement requests and maintain accurate records
