## Title: Finance Officer

Position Overview

The National Association of Local Authorities of Ghana (NALAG) invites applications for a Finance Officer position based in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly partner financial reporting
  • Prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliations
  • Prepare partners' advance requests
  • Support programs team with activity budget preparation
  • Support programs team with logistics during activity implementation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 3 years of practical experience with accounting practices and procedures, specifically general ledger activities and expense claim processing

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to reconcile accounts and prepare reports
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Outlook and SharePoint
