## Title: Assistant Internal Auditor

Position Overview

A unique career opportunity is available for the right candidate. The Assistant Internal Auditor will assist the Head of Internal Audit to ensure an efficient internal control system is in place at all times and to ensure that proper books of accounts are kept by the Bank.

General Duties

Carry out investigations and assignments as required by the Board and management
Assist the Head of Internal Audit to carry out periodic and effective audits of the Bank's books
Present audit recommendations for decision-making

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a good first degree with an Accounting or Banking option
OR a part professional certificate (ACIB, ACCA, CA, CIMA) or equivalent from a recognized institution

Technical Requirements

Good understanding of various accounting and auditing standards
Ability to use T24 Banking software

High level of integrity and honesty
