Key Responsibilities

• Manage app and market data entry
• Oversee Hubtel data management
• Manage data on company website and forums
• Assist in preparation of conferences and MTP sessions
• Coordinate MIS (Management Information Systems)
• Support presentation of weekly AFRI Cashew Splits
• Participate in debriefing and preparatory meetings for MTP initiatives
• Support MTP-related activities and requests from MTP supervisor and managing director
• Perform system and user administration including account setup and maintenance
• Develop graphic design and branding materials
• Contribute to website development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT or related field
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduation working experience
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

Required Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Linux, UNIX, and GNU commands
• Coding and networking fundamentals
• Account access management
• Scripting/coding languages (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, etc.)
• Hardware management
• MySQL database management
• WAN and LAN networking
• Project management essentials
• Database design and administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA, or MCITP
