About the Role

You will be responsible for promoting company products and achieving sales targets across the Greater Accra and Central regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Conduct regular meetings with medical staff, pharmacy professionals, and chemical sellers to promote company products
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and retail partners

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a science field or pharmacy technician qualification
• Two to three years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in Ghana
• Valid driving license
• Basic smartphone and email access
• Proficiency in English (oral and written communication)
• Knowledge of the five southern regions of Ghana and their hospitals, wholesale pharmacies, and retail pharmacies

Desirable Skills

• Basic computer skills (Windows operating system)
• Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal abilities
