Materials Supervisor at ENI Ghana Exploration & Production Limited

Job Purpose

To supervise all material management operations assuring safe and efficient material handling and storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to prescribed procedures and the accuracy of stock levels reports. The role includes orientation toward stock optimization proposals and supervision of material lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse personnel as focal point
• Supervise material coding according to company guidelines
• Finalize warehouse inventory
• Supervise material and equipment handling and shipment operations
• Issue spare parts and materials according to relevant documents and procedures
• Ensure custom clearance for normal and urgent freight
• Report to Accra Logistics Office and Headquarters
• Operate SAP and Logistics Database systems
• Support cargo manifest preparation and ENI material movement matters (in Port and Logistics Base)

Required Qualifications

• Technical Degree
• 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
• 3 years of warehouse management experience
