Job Overview

Position: Manager, Treasury & Cash
Location: Accra, Ghana
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, investments, collections across various branches, and forecasting duties
• Supervise and review reconciliation of all bank accounts to cash books
• Ensure cash and bank balances align per SLAs without long overdue outstanding items
• Identify cost optimization opportunities for banking service charges
• Review and verify accuracy of interest and bank charges; maintain an interest register
• Review FX reports and ensure timely revaluation of FX bank account balances
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of transfers by banks
• Verify accuracy of documentation for all transfer transactions

What We're Looking For

We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong treasury and cash management experience. You should demonstrate expertise in bank reconciliation, investment management, and financial forecasting, with a proven ability to optimize banking operations while maintaining strict compliance with SLAs.
