Manager, Fintech Distribution at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

The Manager, Fintech Distribution drives the development and implementation of the Distribution strategy with guidance from SM Fintech Commercial to achieve revenue targets. This role works closely with the field activations team to monitor and improve acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Fintech qualitative and quantitative registrations and management
• Extend Fintech Distribution network including agents and merchants
• Coordinate field animations such as road shows and door-to-door activities
• Manage acquisition channels and corridors
• Develop and oversee new acquisition and distribution partnerships
• Ensure Fintech daily, weekly, and monthly activation and distribution targets are achieved across all acquisition channels (on-ground representatives, agents, super agents, etc.) and distribution channels (petrol stations, MFI, call boxes, kiosks, etc.)
• Oversee field animation plan rollout through field visits and team reports
• Manage Fintech performance across regions and channels
• Lead teams across channels and regional implementation
